EXPERIENCE
Neal has worked in the landscape industry for 8+ years, with experience in residential, commercial, and golf course maintenance. He has been directly responsible for the landscape maintenance of properties such as the Georgia World Congress Center, Centennial Olympic Park, the Georgia Dome, Georgia Aquarium, and the Coca-Cola World Headquarters, and has managed portfolios in excess of one million dollars in revenue. Furthermore, he was actively involved in the design and construction of Champions Retreat, a 27 hole golf course created by legends Jack Nicklaus, Gary Player, and Arnold Palmer.
At Ed Castro Landscape, Neal supervises four maintenance crews with a total of 12 supervisors and crewman. Neal also supervises over 150 high end residential properties to Ed Castro Landscape's exacting standards and trains supervisors and crewmen to uphold those standards, serving as client liaison, safety manager and fleet manager.
Neal graduated from Augusta Technical College in 2003 with degrees in both Environmental Horticulture and Golf Course Management.
